Used this app which was easy to use, a taxi and named driver arrived promptly. I must have dropped my phone in the back of the taxi, but thanks to the kindness of these guys, Shaz and Jim, my phone was found and delivered back to me back in Durham. I can't thank you enough for an excellent service!

This is a great idea, set up by local individual drivers and it seems to be working well for them and certainly for us the passengers it is a brilliant service - I do use some of the other local firms too, just depends on the situation - hats off to whoever thought of this - the drivers are super friendly and helpful, cars are spotless, you can see where your car is while on its way, you know the drivers name, it feels safe and is very reliable. Highly recommended.
